Orders are shipped once payment is received. You will receive confirmation to the email you have recorded in your account information.

Returns and Exchanges
Knitting Ranch wants you to be thrilled with every order you receive from us. If you receive yarn that isn’t to your liking you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days from the date we shipped it to you. Please note the following return requirements:
Please email us with your name, address, email, order number, and item being returned prior to shipping anything back to us. .
Yarn must be in the original condition. We cannot issue refunds for yarn that has been used or re-wound.
Knitting Ranch does not refund shipping cost nor pay for your shipping costs for order returns. Of course if we shipped you the wrong item, we will refund your return shipping and pay to ship the replacement to you.
We cannot offer Refunds on patterns, books, needles, gift certificates or sale items.
There will be no returns or refunds on custom hand-made bags, or needle holders.

After ordering, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation, which also acts as your receipt.
